| whats the divergence amid the everlast reflex bag and the double end bag? i want to get the double end bag but unable to mount the double end bag in my basement to the floor but is the reflex bag the same as the double end bag this bag do not have to mount anything to the floor or the sealing both are poorly constructed.. the reflex bag is a good conception but still crap.. the bottom spring comes loose from the base and the rod and bag go flying off the base.. then you screw it back in and within 10 to 20 punches it happens again...a pieece in the middle of the base broke and it genuinely stopped coming isolated as much, but you have to constantly make sure it is screwed in all the way.. ok so now the bag portion keep sliding up off it is prop.. if your not careful you end up punching the metal prop and that does not feel good!!! we ended up duck taping the bag to the foam piece and to the rod to make it stay in place.. looks like crap though.. it works after spending 30 minutes to figure out how to alter it so it stayed in one piece.. both are crap.. i want to buy a professional versions of both.. i think title has better versions of the two.. i will not advise buying either The free standing heavy bag has become more and more mutual as mixed martial arts have become popular.
